We have been in this business core since 2015 and over that period we have gained wide range of experience in the different fields of building maintenance (Plumbing-Electrical-HVAC and cleaning) and facility management. Furthermore, in our effort to always strive for service excellence we have developed our own unique Standard Operating Procedure, which has proven effective for so many years in consistently meeting our clients’ unique needs.
Our Journey
AMI Group was established as a specialized elevator and escalator company focused on delivering safe, reliable vertical transportation systems. From day one, the company committed to international quality standards and personalized client service.
AMI expanded into full installation, preventive maintenance, and spare parts support, building long-term maintenance contracts and strengthening its engineering teams to handle large commercial and residential projects.
The company delivered high-profile installations across hospitals, hotels, malls, and residential towers, establishing AMI as a trusted partner in complex elevator and escalator systems across Iraq and the UAE.
With operations expanding into Canada and continued growth in the Middle East, AMI maintains hundreds of elevator units and continues to invest in advanced technology, safety training, and global partnerships.
